What are your hours?

Monday-Thursday 9-6 pm, with a mid-day break from noon to 1pm. 

Saturday 8am- 12pm

What form of payment does Meadowlark Counseling accept?

We are pleased to offer our clients multiple payment options. We accept cash, cards and insurance. Through Sondermind, we accept most major insurances (Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, TriWest and many more)and EAPs! By clicking the link below, you can see our full list of accepted insurance providers.

What can I expect from an Initial Consultation? 

Your initial consult will be a free 15 minute phone call with a licensed therapist. We get to know you and what goals you are working toward. We find out how MeadowLark counseling can best support you on your journey; whether that is taking you on as a new client, or directing you toward a practice that might be a better fit for your goals. This is your time to ask questions! We are happy to answer questions about what therapy might look like, how billing works, and any other lingering questions. At this time, all initial consultations are done over the phone. Book your free phone call today!

How much does a session cost? And how long can I expect a session to run? 

Please call our office for session pricing. We offer competitive rates in line with industry standards. Most client sessions run for 1 hour, while our group sessions run for 2 hours.

How do I get on the group session waitlist? 

Please call our office, or e-mail info@meadowlarkjourney.com! We are pleased to offer group sessions at a discounted rate, inquire with our office for pricing.

What training does my therapist have?

Our therapist is a licensed marriage and family therapist and clinician, with her degree from UNCO.

Where is your office?

Meadowlark Counseling is located at 119 E Bridge Street Suite 220 Brighton, Colorado. We are right off the circles, between the 85 and N Main Street.

For my child's Individual Therapy , am I (the parent/guardian) required to stay on the premises during their session?

We ask for a parent/guardian to remain either in our waiting room, or no further than parking, during their child's session.
